Emotional perception and sensitivity to experiencing negative emotions in various situations that pose a potential threat to humans.
In the first part of the experiment, please imagine how you would feel in different situations and how strongly you would feel a particular emotion (fear, disgust, or anger) in that situation. These situations will be described using short statements (vignettes).
However, people are individually sensitive to different threats and emotions. It is this sensitivity to the feeling of fear, sensitivity to various aversive stimuli or the level of anxiety (a priori fears) that will be measured in the second part of the study using specialized questionnaires.
The last part of questions is asked retrospectively, where you should recall how you felt during the first threat of the global pandemic of Covid-19 in 2020, what emotions you experienced and how you behaved.
To avoid influencing you too much in advance, the specific scientific question that this experiment addresses will be revealed after you have completed the full set of questionnaires.
The whole experiment will take approximately 30 minutes to complete.
